Here's how it works
Dear customers,
We are sure you will love our products just as much as we do. However, there may be reasons why you want to send them back. You can find all the information about cancellation below.
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to note that many of our products are hygiene items - once you use them, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns! Likewise, we cannot accept damaged items back.
An exception to this is our 30-day money-back guarantee for all SHAVENT Razors. This offer is valid until further notice and allows you to return the SHAVENT Razor within 30 days if you are not satisfied with the shave.
In the period before Christmas, we communicate an extension of this promotion on our website so that you can give gifts in peace and return until January 31 of the following year.
This promotion is intended to allow you to try the SHAVENT shave at your leisure. Please also note that we cannot accept damaged items.
A copy of this page, including this text on the validity of the money-back promotion for your order, will also be sent to you as an attachment in your order confirmation as proof.

Right of Withdrawal
(please note the exclusion regarding used hygiene products!)
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ARA Sustainable Products UG (limited liability), Rupert Mayer Str. 44, 81379 Munich, Germany, Email: kontakt@shavent.store, Phone: +49-(0)89-21530642, Fax: +49-(0)321 / 2122 8361; by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the revocation period expires.
Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, e.g. individually engraved products made to customer specifications

Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, e.g. if you have already used hygiene products such as Razor, Shaving Brushes and blades or have opened care products.
