The SHAVENT is an innovative 3-blade swing head razor that combines sustainability and independence with elegance and comfort.
We developed the SHAVENT razor because we were shocked by the amount of waste and plastic we consume when wet shaving around the world year after year. Existing low-waste alternatives such as safety razors or razors did not convince us in our own use and so we developed the SHAVENT razor - sustainability without sacrificing comfort and elegance.
The SHAVENT razor is manufactured using high-quality precision die-cast zinc, a process that is widely used for parts that need to be functional and beautiful at the same time. The surface finish in bright chrome ensures visual brilliance.
While the first SHAVENTs still came from North Rhine-Westphalia, our parts are now cast in Thuringia, carefully polished (with many steps still done by hand!), galvanized (i.e. chrome-plated) and assembled, checked and packaged in Munich.

No, just the opposite! The chrome surface of the SHAVENT gives a special grip in combination with wet skin, you can even hear the effect when you "squeak" your finger over the handle.

The SHAVENT is a wet razor, i.e., like all wet razors, it only shaves as gently and well as it can on wet skin.
Please do not use a wet razor (the SHAVENT and all others) on dry skin, as this irritates the skin unnecessarily and the shaving result also suffers.
Vary your usual vertical shaving line a little under the nose and shave under the nose across instead of lengthways, with light pressure from below on the nostrils - this way you should be able to reach every part of the skin.

One of the great advantages of the SHAVENT are the Standard razor blades.
The so-called "Half Blades" or Single Edge Blades are used
in straight razors for decades and are available from various brands and at very reasonable prices.
So you are not trapped in a blade system, but can freely choose your favorite blade brand.
They are available inexpensively in our shop and on all common sales portals, drugstores or in shaving specialist shops and are so compact that a supply for many years fits in the smallest corner of the bathroom drawer. The unit price is a fraction of the cost of
blade cartridges - a blade change only costs a few cents instead of many euros!
Should you have "remnants" of conventional, double-edged blades
and want to use them up, you can of course do so. In this case you have to cut them in half. It works best if you
cut them with scissors. We strongly advise against breaking it due to the risk of injury - breaking also creates a burr that does not optimally align the blades in the SHAVENT.

Very simple: take out the old blades, put the spacers aside, have new blades at hand and off you go:
First blade, spacer, second blade, spacer, third blade, put on the head and gently tighten knurled nuts.

Your satisfaction is important to us! Since we are sure that you will love our SHAVENT razor, we grant a voluntary right of return within the first 30 days after purchase! If you are not satisfied with your SHAVENT shave, simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can return your SHAVENT and we will refund the purchase price.
Important: please make sure that you only use the SHAVENT and the blades before you are sure that you want to keep the SHAVENT. Unfortunately, we cannot take back used bags and care products.

Please use other products, such as. the travel bag only when you are sure that you want to keep your SHAVENT. Unfortunately, we cannot take back travel bags that have already been used and show signs of wear.
Likewise, we cannot take back used soaps and gels for hygienic reasons.
We aim to process refunds within three days of your item reaching us. You will receive an email when your refund has been issued. However, please note that it may take a few days for your bank to transfer the payment back to your account.

That was out of the question for our shaving care - that's why our shaving care products are soap-free and pH-neutral. They keep the acid mantle of your skin intact and give it a lot of care and moisture.
Usual shaving gels often come in an unnecessarily large amount of packaging, from a plastic tube to a spray can - that was out of the question for us! Instead, we simply put the shaving gel as a powder in a paper bag.
So we can bring it to your home without plastic and it takes less storage space in you bathroom. You can just shake it with 200ml of water and get a large portion of light, nourishing and economical shaving gel, without large portions of packaging waste.
