  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data will not be merged with other data sources.

In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries sent to us (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this was queried.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). We use the instant messaging service WhatsApp to communicate with our customers and other third parties. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2, Ireland.

Communication takes place via end-to-end encryption (peer-to-peer), which prevents WhatsApp or other third parties from gaining access to the communication content. However, WhatsApp receives access to metadata that arise in the course of the communication process (e.g. sender, recipient and time). We would also like to point out that WhatsApp says it shares personal data of its users with its US-based parent company Facebook. Further details on data processing can be found in WhatsApp's privacy policy at: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/#privacy-policy.

WhatsApp is used on the basis of our legitimate interest in the fastest and most effective communication possible with customers, interested parties and other business and contractual partners (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). If a corresponding consent has been requested, the data processing takes place exclusively on the basis of the consent; this can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.

The communication content exchanged between and on WhatsApp remains with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

We use WhatsApp in the "WhatsApp Business" variant.

The data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. Details can be found here: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/business-data-transfer-addendum.

We have set our WhatsApp accounts so that there is no automatic data comparison with the address book on the smartphones in use.

We have concluded an order processing contract with WhatsApp.

You can register on this website in order to use additional functions on the site. We use the data entered for this purpose only for the purpose of using the respective offer or service for which you have registered. The processing of the data entered during the registration takes place for the purpose of the implementation of the usage relationship established by the registration and, if necessary, for the initiation of further contracts (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR).

The data recorded during registration will be stored by us as long as you are registered on this website and will then be deleted. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Rating & questions-and-answer function on this website

For the function of the ratings and the question & answer function on this page, in addition to your rating / question, information about the time the comment was created, your e-mail address and the name you provided are saved. Your email address will not be published at any time, but only serves to verify the purchase for product reviews and to answer your question for submitted questions.

Storage of the IP address

Our rating & questions-and-answer function saves the IP addresses of the users who write comments. Since we do not check all entries on this website before activation, we need this data in order to be able to proceed against the author in the event of legal violations such as insults or propaganda. We reserve the right not to publish submitted reviews and questions.

Storage duration of the entries

The entries and the associated data are saved and remain on this website until the commented content has been completely deleted or the comments have to be deleted for legal reasons (e.g. offensive comments).

Legal basis

The ratings and questions are saved on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time. An informal e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.

Integration of the Trusted Shops Trustbadge / other widgets

Trusted Shops widgets are integrated on this website to display the Trusted Shops services (e.g. seal of approval, collected reviews) and to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after an order has been placed.

This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a weighing up of interests, in optimal marketing by enabling safe shopping in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit.f GDPR. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer from Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne, with whom we are jointly responsible for data protection according to Art. 26 GDPR. In the context of this data protection notice, we will inform you below about the essential content of the contract in accordance with Art. 26 Paragraph 2 GDPR.

The Trustbadge is made available under a joint responsibility by a US CDN provider (Content Delivery Network). An adequate level of data protection is ensured by standard data protection clauses and other contractual measures. Further information on data protection at Trusted Shops GmbH can be found in their Data protection.

When the Trustbadge is called up, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which also contains your IP address, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call. The IP address is anonymized immediately after it is collected so that the stored data cannot be assigned to your person. The anonymized data is used in particular for statistical purposes and for error analysis.

After completing the order, your e-mail address, which has been hashed using the cryptological one-way function, will be sent to Trusted Shops GmbH. The legal basis is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Sentence 1, Letter f of the GDPR. This serves to check whether you are already registered for services at Trusted Shops GmbH and is therefore necessary for the fulfillment of our and Trusted Shops' predominant legitimate interests in the provision of the buyer protection linked to the specific order and the transactional evaluation services in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit.f GDPR required. If this is the case, further processing takes place in accordance with the contractual agreement made between you and Trusted Shops. If you have not yet registered for the services, you will then be given the opportunity to do so for the first time. Further processing after registration is also based on the contractual agreement with Trusted Shops GmbH. If you do not register, all transmitted data will be automatically deleted by Trusted Shops GmbH and a personal reference is then no longer possible.

As part of the shared responsibility between us and Trusted Shops GmbH, if you have any questions about data protection and to assert your rights, please contact Trusted Shops GmbH using the contact options given in the data protection information linked above. Regardless of this, you can always contact the person responsible of your choice. If necessary, your request will be passed on to the other person responsible for an answer.

LinkedIn Insight Day

This website uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag. The provider of this service is LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland.

Data processing by LinkedIn Insight Tag

With the help of the LinkedIn Insight Tag, we receive information about the visitors to our website. If a website visitor is registered with LinkedIn, we can, among other things. Analyze the key professional data (e.g. career level, company size, country, location, industry and job title) of our website visitors and thus better tailor our site to the respective target groups. Furthermore, with the help of LinkedIn Insight Tags, we can measure whether visitors to our website are making a purchase or some other action (conversion measurement). The conversion measurement can also take place across devices (e.g. from PC to tablet). LinkedIn Insight Tag also offers a retargeting function with the help of which we can show visitors to our website targeted advertising outside of the website, whereby, according to LinkedIn, no identification of the advertising address takes place.

LinkedIn itself also records so-called log files (URL, referrer URL, IP address, device and browser properties and time of access). The IP addresses are shortened or (if they are used to reach LinkedIn members across devices) hashed (pseudonymized). The direct IDs of LinkedIn members are deleted from LinkedIn after seven days. The remaining pseudonymised data will then be deleted within 180 days.

The data collected by LinkedIn cannot be assigned to specific individuals by us as the website operator. LinkedIn will save the collected personal data of the website visitors on its servers in the USA and use it as part of its own advertising measures. Details can be found in LinkedIn's privacy policy at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy#choices-oblig.

Legal basis

LinkedIn Insight is used on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in effective advertising measures including social media. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. a GDPR; the consent can be revoked at any time.

The data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. Details can be found here: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/l/dpa and https://www.linkedin.com/legal/l/eu-sccs.
