Service Automatic deliveries

If you order your products using convenient automatic delivery, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the delivery frequency you select. You can find the delivery rhythms offered for the products in the shop in the “Drop Down” selection.

The process works as follows:

  • You place your first subscription order and start your automatic delivery. Your payment method will be charged according to the costs for this first delivery and the goods will be sent to you with little packaging and plastic-free.
  • 5 days before the next scheduled automatic delivery, you will receive an email as an announcement (and a reminder - because we are sure you don't appreciate unwanted subscription deliveries any more than we do).
  • After this email, you have up to 3 days before shipping to pause or cancel the automatic delivery if you don't want it.
  • After that, processing of your automatic delivery will start and unfortunately it is no longer possible to stop this one automatic delivery. However, you can pause or permanently cancel further future deliveries from this point until three days before the next delivery.

For automatic delivery you can use either Paypal or credit card as a payment method. Your payment details are stored securely and you will automatically be invoiced individually for each automatic delivery on the shipping date. If the collection of payment repeatedly fails, you will receive a message and the shipping of the goods will be stopped until then.

If you would like to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation email contains a link to your order. From there you can manage your subscription. Alternatively, you can send us a message at stop@shavent.store with your change requests.

Questions & Answers about Auto-Delivery

Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval and products are automatically delivered from the shop after each successful renewal.


For example, if you have completed a delivery every two months, the system will automatically charge your credit card/Paypal account every two months and you will receive the products in your mailbox every two months without you having to place the order yourself!


Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

Yes, of couse. You can pause or cancel a subscription in the customer portal, as shown in the screenshot below. This is possible at any time up to 3 days before each new delivery.

You can access the customer portal via the link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed your first subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions when you create a customer account in the shop.

How can I skip or postpone a charge?

You can skip or postpone the debit in the customer portal. Next to each scheduled delivery there is a Skip Payment button that allows you to skip the debit. You can postpone the debit by clicking the button next to the delivery date Reschedule clicks.


Can I add products to my subscription?

Why, surely. In the customer portal you can add products to your subscription. Just click on the button Edit in the product card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.


What happens if the payment cannot be processed?

If the subscription cannot be renewed because a payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link to securely update your payment method.
