Right of withdrawal

(please note the exclusion regarding used hygiene items!)

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ARA Sustainable Products UG (limited liability), Rupert Mayer Str. 44, 81379 Munich, Germany, Phone: +49-(0)89-21530642, Fax: +49-(0)321 / 2122 8361; by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.

 

Consequences of the revocation

"If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund."

"We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier."

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

 

"You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning."

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-fabricated and for whose production a significant choice or determination by the consumer is essential, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, such as, for example, individually engraved products made to customer specifications.

• Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, such as when you have already used hygiene products like Razor, Shaving Brushes, and blades or opened care products.
