Free shipping on all orders over €69 throughout the EU*.

We ship your order with various carriers depending on the destination, mostly with DHL and Deutsche Post. Shipping to Packstations in Germany is possible.

Our shipping costs depend on the destination country. Within the EU*, we offer free shipping on orders over €69, which includes all SHAVENT Razors (excluding offers/discounts).

We ship your order promptly. Delivery times, especially internationally, are mostly with DHL and local postal services. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped, so you can track your delivery at any time.

PLEASE NOTE: Please accept your package even if you wish to return your order.
If you want to cancel, we will gladly provide you with a free return label. However, if the acceptance of a package is refused without prior agreement or valid reason, we incur increased shipping costs due to automatic return. These actual additional costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

*Unfortunately, we do not ship to the Canary Islands.

Our offer is aimed at end customers and we primarily supply within the EU. All prices in our Shop are retail prices, meaning you pay the price you see. For orders within the EU, we deduct VAT from these retail prices. For shipments outside the EU, please note that depending on the regulations in your country, you may incur effort and additional costs for customs clearance. Please check with your customs authorities in advance. Our offer is explicitly not aimed at end customers in the USA and Canada.

Refusal of acceptance / unaccepted shipments
If acceptance of a properly shipped order is refused without valid reason or a shipment is returned for reasons attributable to the customer, we reserve the right to claim the actual additional return and shipping costs incurred and deduct them from any refund amount.
The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. For a withdrawal, we provide a return label if provided for in our return policy.
